I had soo much fun making this quilt for Cyrene, it was ALOT of work, but ended up being all worth it!!!! The squares are 3.5 inches by 3.5 inches, so it involved a ton of sewing, but in the end it is full off texture and variety. The colors are white, pink, brown and green, Big , huge thanks to Toni for teaching me this quilt technique years ago!!!!!! I used receiving blankets and layered them 3 sheets thick, instead of finding material and then flannel to sandwich in the middle... it was even cheaper this way... and the receiving blankets came with the little embroidered designs on them....BONUS!!!!
